Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the Assisted Living and Memory Support segments of the BRC community, moving prospects through the customer journey from inquiry to move-in via consultations, personal visits and tours, coordination of assessments, and more.
Effectively utilize a CRM system to track leads, manage inquiries, and follow up with prospects effectively.
Communicate the advantages of living in a Life Plan Community in general and BRC in particular, as well as criteria for qualifying for residence at BRC.
Meet or exceed occupancy goals for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
Regularly communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions within the continuum of living for current BRC residents.
Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with referral sources in the broader community.
Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Marketing Counselor who specializes in Independent Living.
Participate in the development and execution of a strategic marketing and sales plan for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Support environment and a demonstrated success in a sales and marketing role is preferred.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, especially older adults and referral sources.
Bachelor's degree, with preference for degree in marketing, business, communications, health care, or related field.
High proficiency with technology, particularly lead management software, common office technologies, and digital communication.
Financial literacy and ability to communicate with prospects and families about BRC's financial requirements and advantages.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
Understanding of regulatory environment, a plus.
