The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.
This person should have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, performing admin duties, and providing support to managers.
Given the nature of the position, excellent decision skills, great organizational ability and unquestionable confidentiality is expected.
Objectives of this role Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently Oversee the efficient functionality of office operations, taking responsibility for numerous duties and activities including Human Resources, Client Communications, and Financial Reporting Plan and orchestrate activities to ensure that senior management priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld Responsibilities Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to and from senior management Manage human resource functions including communication with employees, time & payroll, and staffing functions Organize, attend, and report on all management meetings Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality Oversee various office functions including some purchasing, budgeting, and light bookkeeping duties Required skills and qualifications Experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Strong ability in managing change, resolving conflicts, and unafraid of challenges Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company, management and employees Preferred skills and qualifications Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems Job Type:
