5K a year We are currently looking for a full-time community floor care specialist to join our environmental services team! This position is primarily scheduled 9a-5p including every other weekend, we also have part-time flexible hours available.
Robust Sign-on Bonus $$$$ Pay is based on level of experience The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Perform all phases and responsibilities of floor care, such as; Carpet cleaning Mopping Buffing Stripping Refinishing Other tasks as assigned Position Requirements:
This position deals directly with cleaning equipment and chemicals to perform daily tasks and is expected to accurately and efficiently use materials daily Maintain a clean, sanitary environment for our residents and team mates The successful candidate will be professional, flexible, detail oriented, a multi-tasker, an independent worker, well organized, open to learning new processes, and possess great communication skills.
Previous experience (preferred) Adaptability to change Dependability Excellent customer service skills Be able to lift, push, pull up to 55 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
