Are you ready for your next challenge? The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division of the Airborne Solutions Group of Leidos currently has an opening for a Property Administrator and RepairData Trainer supporting the PSS-T program.
Leidos is the Product Support Management and Logistics Lead for an unmanned aerial intelligence platform located in various CONUS and OCONUS operational areas and depots.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Persistent Surveillance Systems - Tethered (PSS-T) program.
What's in it for you? The Property Administrator and RepairData Trainer for the PSS-T Program is responsible for in person and remote training events for the use of RepairData.
Position requires instructing a training course up to once a month to train operators and technical staff in the use of RepairData, an asset management and maintenance-reporting database.
The Property Administrator and RepairData Trainer will be part of a Property Management Team located in Bridgewater VA.
The team will manage program property records supporting a multitude of operational site and hub locations in management of property records and database transactions.
If this sounds like the kind of environment where you can thrive, keep reading! THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities) Responding to property management inbox requests for assistance.
Coordinating with site and hubs to reconcile 10% site inventories monthly.
Coordinating with site and hubs to reconcile Sensitive Items inventories monthly.
Working with sites to organize and correct property records including modifying equipment and locations, research with transactions, assistance in closing open work orders and training site personnel to be self-sustaining in the utility of the database.
Instruct training course for new hire operations, maintenance, and logistics positions.
Course delivery includes a variety of formats including lecturing, hands on training, and training exercises in use of maintenance reporting and inventory management databases.
Instruct training for failure response, coordination with the Flight Operations Center, and site status reporting requirements for daily status reports.
Instruct technical training for logistics activities required at forward sites such maintenance reporting, updating data records in Repairdata for movement of inventory, spare parts requisitions, and consumption of consumables.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor Degree with minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Experienced course instructor capable of explaining technical solutions, practices, and procedures to others within the organization.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Experience with DoD logistics activities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must have a Secret Clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and delivering training coursework in multiple formats.
Experience managing government property records in accordance with FAR 52.
245-1.
Experience with database administration for a logistics information management system.
Bachelor Degree and four (4) or more years of relevant experience.
AIRBORNE ISR Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.
00 - $75,000.
00 - $101,250.
00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
