The Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and safety of the dining areas supported by the department.
They are to monitor the activities of dining employees to ensure they are operating within Virginia Food Code as well as the operating standards of BRC.
The successful candidate will exhibit excellence in service, integrity, stewardship, and teamwork.
The candidate must possess critical thinking skills, flexibility, initiative, resident-centered care, conflict management, safety, and technical skills.
Job qualifications include being ServeSafe certified; a minimum of 2 years dining experience; and must be able to read menus, written instructions, diet order, recipes, and understand measurement, preparation, and categories of food for special diets.
This position is Full-Time including every other weekend, no late hours.
Typical schedule will be 10:
30am-7:
00pm.
